Visual Art & Arts Integrated Lessons
Project Code is an integrated art unit that ties together literacy, social studies and visual art for fifth graders.
Real Life Super Heroes is an integrated unit where fifth graders are drawing on literacy, art and technology to create an activity book and webinar for children in pediatric units of hospitals. Sponsored by Courtemanche & Associates, the children's work will be hosted on their website and distributed to over 600 hospitals nationally.
A variety of visual art lessons have been created and taught to classroom teachers for implementation in general and visual art classrooms. Each lesson has been designed to be adaptable to varying grade levels.
